Friends and all supporters of this petition.... I am closing this petition today as I see substantial changes adopted by Governor Newsom to open businesses in California. Starting today, even salons and barber shops are being allowed to open with certain requirements. He has made great progress in controlling the spread of corona virus by providing state wide guidance with local control.
