The Council meeting tomorrow is at 10.30 am in the Council chambers of the Town House, enter from Broad Street. I will be at the reception at 10am. I have asked Councillors if they will suspend Standing Orders so that I can have one last opportunity to address the full Council. I am waiting to hear if this has been granted.
