Off exchange (Dark Pool) trading is being used to trade stocks without impacting the share price on the New York Stock Exchange.

This is being done to protect hedge funds from being margin called due to poor decisions in short positions in popular and valuable stocks.

The off exchange volume for popular stocks has been high recently while the price on the market has not been affected.

We need a fair and equal market place for us to value stocks in their correct prices.

Gary Gensler and the SEC should suspend the use of Dark Pools for one month to rebalanced the natural price movement of stocks.
