I was on the Old Navy website today and noticed that their plus-sized women's items still indicate that they are returnable by mail only, in spite of an earlier statement by them that these items would be eligible for in-store returns as of December 5th, 2014. I just emailed Debbie Felix at Old Navy asking why this is, and when we should expect to see the change on the website. In the same email, I have requested an update in regard to the promised plus-sized consumer panel. I will update all of you as soon as I receive her response. -Renee
