After nine years of filming -- because of an anonymous donor -- I am beginning to edit these many years of footage. This brings me to an element of subject:

When my son died, A. Dwight Benedict was Dean of Students at Gallaudet University. Because Gallaudet is federally chartered but private, they use a FOIA loophole to hide records from grieving families or ANY and ALL crimes committed on campus. We demand transparency. At present, Gallaudet is IMMUNE from ANY and ALL - FOIA requests -- which means zero oversight and zero accountability.  The is appalling.
