After nine years of filming -- because of an anonymous donor -- I am beginning to edit these numerous years of footage. This brings me to an element of subject:

When my son died, A. Dwight Benedict was Dean of Students at Gallaudet University. If you google him, you will find an auspicious elusiveness of contact info.  Hmmm... wonder why?  

Now, because Gallaudet is federally chartered but private, they use a FOIA loophole to hide records from grieving families or ANY and ALL crimes committed on campus.  Literally, Gallaudet is IMMUNE form any and all FOIA's
