Last week a man named Darrell Logan of Gainesville Missouri was video taped by his girlfriend BEATING A HORSE IN THE HEAD with a shovel and then hitting the horse so hard on the rear the shovel BROKE OFF. His girlfriend and child can be heard LAUGHING during the FELONY ABUSE.

We are asking that he be charged under the new FELONY ANIMAL ABUSE law that President Trump signed earlier this year.
