Our park has been neglected and abandoned since the 1980s during which time most play equipment in other local parks has been replaced several times. It’s our turn!

Our community space has the potential to be a focal point for families in our area. It is unique in its location in an easily accessible pedestrian zone, surrounded by beautiful mature trees and part of a circuit of parks such as The Ranch, Quarry Park, Westbury Wildlife Park and Badocks Wood. 

A revamped park area, in consultation with all generations of the local community would benefit everyone’s health and wellbeing as well as creating opportunities for more community interaction and resilience, something we have all come to value more in recent years.
