Sunrise Village shopping center located at the corner of Euclid and Rosecrans in Fullerton is at risk of being demolished and converted into 164 homes. 

Sunrise Village business owners are vital to our community offering jobs and services that cannot be replaced by Amazon and online retail. It is home to: Fullerton Hills Pet Clinic (40 years), Imperial Spa (13 years), American Red Cross (20 years), Elite tutoring, Dumpling House, Pilates Culture, Kumon (11 years), Hanseong Express (10 years), Dr. Charles Kim Dentistry, Pola Hair Salon (20 years), Fullerton Hearing Center (40 years), Polytech Construction, Acupuncture, Nang Man Cafe (9 years), Dream Smart Education, and more. 

Past ownership has mismanaged and neglected the property intentionally driving vacancies. Shopoff Realty Investment purchased the property in the spring and has vast experience in rehabilitating commercial assets, making capital improvements, and modifying a shopping center to better fit current commercial market demands.

The Fullerton City Council will decide the fate of Sunrise Village on Tuesday, December 7 at 630pm during a public hearing. Please sign this petition in favor of Saving Sunrise Village asking the City Council to VOTE NO on the housing proposal and maintain the site’s existing commercial land use designation and general commercial zoning classification.
