 Petition for Allowing Fences in Front Yards

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally petition the Board of Directors to amend the current policies regarding fencing within the front yards of properties in Poinciana Villages.

Recent increases in package thefts and unauthorized access around properties without fences have raised concerns among homeowners about the security and privacy of their homes. Fences provide a practical solution to these issues by enhancing privacy and protecting property while homeowners are away.

Currently, the approval process for fences is inconsistent, with some homeowners receiving approval while others are denied. This inconsistency can be frustrating and confusing. To address this, I propose that the Homeowners Association implement a policy for automatic approval of fences that meet the specifications outlined in the HOA rulebook.

Such a policy would ensure uniformity and fairness in the approval process and provide homeowners with the ability to enhance their security and privacy without unnecessary delays or confusion.

I believe this change would be in the best interest of the entire community, as it would help prevent theft and improve the overall sense of security. I respectfully request that the Board consider this petition and work towards a resolution that benefits all homeowners in Poinciana Villages.
