Nowadays, the main terminology for something that can remove writing is an "eraser". However, this term is boring, unnecessarily formal, and too serious. So, I've come up with the idea to call a fluffy eraser a "floober". Not only is it a funny, calming term, but it can also ease high tension situations like a lecture or a court case. Now, you may be wondering where I got the word "floober" from. But, it is just a simple combination of the word "goober" and the first two letters of the word "fluffy", which is "fl". By combining these, we get the word "floober". I believe that we can use this strategy of word creation around the world, to make overly formal and boring terms more funny and calming. Nonetheless, let us come together and call our whiteboard erasers floobers!
