Dear Blizzard and the Classic WoW Development Team,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Classic WoW community regarding a significant shift within our player base. Based on my own analysis, it appears that the player population for Classic WoW has decreased by approximately 50%. This decline seems to coincide with the introduction of Cataclysm Classic and Season of Discovery, which, while enjoyable for some, did not resonate with a large segment of players who prefer the traditional, old-school MMO experience.

Given this, we believe that the launch of a Fresh Burning Crusade server would address a substantial gap in the market. TBC is the expansion that many in our community hold in high regard, and many are craving to step into the Dark Portal once again as it has been many years. After revisiting every other classic version of World of Warcraft, there is a strong sentiment that TBC remains a favourite for many players.

Moreover, if certain adjustments were made to enhance the TBC experience—such as implementing account-wide attunements, dual specialization, and providing an experience boost similar to that in the current Season of Discovery—there is potential to make a Fresh TBC server even better than original TBC Classic. 

Additionally, the leveling experience in the vanilla world, coupled with TBC’s world and class changes, is widely regarded as one of the most enjoyable leveling experiences. 

With the conclusion of Cataclysm Classic and the later phases of Season of Discovery still far off, many Classic WoW players find themselves without a version of the game that they can truly enjoy. From discussions within my community, it is clear that many are beginning to explore other MMOs as a result.

I recognize that launching yet another version of Classic WoW, while simultaneously managing three versions of the game, would require considerable effort from your developers and staff. However, we believe that of all the available options, this would offer the greatest return with the least amount of additional work.

We, as a community, would greatly appreciate it if you could seriously consider the creation of a Fresh TBC server in the near future and discuss this possibility within the company.
