On the 1st of March 2024 Sam Melia, of Patriotic Alternative, was convicted and sentenced to two years in prison following a guilty verdict of ‘stirring up racial hatred’ at Leeds crown court 

Sams wife,Laura, was due to have their 2nd child at that time. This did not deter the judge from handing down a custodial sentence 

During the trial it was agreed that the stickers Sam had on his laptop stated  nothing illegal in themselves but that the intention was to cause racial hatred just by having them in his personal possession 

This is a disgrace and Sam’s custodial sentence needs to be overturned NOW!
