U.S. Navy Sailor Patrick Tate Adamiak has been wrongfully convicted and sentenced to 20 YEARS in federal prison for legally owned inert and non-functional military memorabilia.

The purpose of this petition is to raise awareness of the unjust prosecution of a great American and Patriot. As well as seek support from elected officials, law makers, investigative journalists and advocates to petition for a Presidential pardon in care of Tate so he can return to being a functional member of society serving the country that he loves.
