Hi All, I hope you are well. The Prime Minister of Australia Mr Anthony Albanese signed this petition on his first day in office as Prime Minister May 23, 2022. He in effect signed on to compel himself to get involved to free Julia Assange and that is exactly what he is doing. The rest is upto President Biden and the result of that will determine if AUKUS is dead in the water or adaptive.

Australians will not accept the manner in which the US Government has persecuted an Australian Citizen, journalist and publisher who published undisputedly in the public interest.

• Free Julian Assange
• Stop the US Extradition case.

Cheers to all of us. I think we all need to give ourselves a pat on the back people. This has been one long road. 

President Biden made comment in last couple of days that "We are Considering it"? So yeh much down those lines. If you didn't see it. Biden is walking with the Japanese PM and someone calls a question re. Assange 'Is the US is considering Australian Government request to end it (extradition case) and Biden replied "We are considering it". The sound is muffled with me at the best of times, but that's how it sounded to me. 

If the US government continues to jerk us along, and not free Julian Assange and does not Stop the extradition case against him, we will then work this petition through congress as over 200,000 signatories of this petition are US Citizens that reside in the USA. These signatories may wish to follow-up with their constituent representatives. 

According to the US Constitution 1st Amendment Article 5 "Nobody can abridge a petition through congress. or to the President

One thing is for certain, this petition will stay the course for as long as it takes to Free Julian Assange and to Stop the Extradition case against Julia Assange.

Further this petition will return to follow-up with His Royal Highness Prince William in relation to the administered Royal Prerogative Power of Mercy request, that this petition administered on Feb, 18, 2024. Let it be known to the British Royals, that if the courts rule to extradite Julian Assange and His Royal Highness chooses not to intervene and Pardon Julian Assange, then it will be very difficult for His Royal Highness to visit Australia. Period! Australians are pretty "Pissed Off" about this case and you wouldn't want the Royals to be stroked with that brush.

Just imagine what Dianne would have wanted her first born to do?

His Royal Highness, should immediately Pardon Julian Assange if the courts make a mistake by ruling that Julian Assange can be extradited and this petition has administered the paperwork to facilitate a Royal Pardon, by way of a Royal Prerogative Power of Mercy Request Feb. 18, 2024 to His Royal Highness Prince William and acting Head of State. This one is the responsibility of Princess Dianna's son. How will he emerge from this travesty of war crimes topped off with a systemic failure and perversion of British sovereignty?

In the past I have voted Liberal, labor, Green and Independent, I have never voted for Albanese in the past. I want to say that back in 2019 or maybe 2020 Anthony Albanese attended a Labor Day march in Brisbane and I was there attending to raise awareness about the Persecution of Julian Assange. It was when Anthony Albanese was still Opposition leader and not Prime Minister.. Anyway I saw him in a street walk an approached him and introduced myself as the Petitioner of the Free Julia Assange Petition and I wanted to thank him for his comments of support for our campaign to free Julian Assange and stop the extradition process. I also wanted him to make a connection with me in person, because at that time I was heavily campaigning with direct correspondence every 1,000 signings (now 796,000+). I was just barraging until someone in parliament answered the call to table my petition. 

Peter Whish Wilson Senator Greens Tasmania contacted me and asked if he could Table my petition in the Senate of the Federal parliament of Australia. he is a champion of true order. Then came Andrew Wilkie MP Independent Tasmania, who is my No. 1 politician of all time. What an honour to have that outstanding representation. Just so awesome what their courage has meant for this campaign. 

Then to have the PM sign this petition on his first day and after I contacted him as the new designate of this petition. The designation of this petition is tied to administrative public office holders, a new PM meant a new designate and I contacted him at 0:20 am (just past midnight) on the morning of his first day in office as PM 23 May 2022, before he was to fly to Japan. Anthony Albanese signed it before flying to Japan to meet Pres Biden where he raised the topic of Julian Assange with President Biden. 

The outcome and subjective connectivity that I have compiled here can be reflected upon if petitions' really do work, or if it fails then you will know that it was all just a waste of time. This one has been given the Full Monty.

I have taken this petition to the highest order in every hall of control throughout the world. I have applied respectful and peaceful process for correcting a travesty of justice. I have never accepted any reward , financial  return, gift, free tickets or favour for the administration of this petition and never would. This petition is an individual citizen that felt it necessary to apply knowledge and understanding to correct a perversion of due process.
