Imagine only being allowed 10 phone calls in two years. Imagine hearing the voice of your loved one just a handful of times, never knowing when the next call will come.
That’s the cruel reality for Frik and Peter’s families.
Peter’s fiancée, Kathy, recalls: “He had given up hope... but now he says, ‘I have to survive. I’m going to do my very best and survive for you people.’” His fight isn’t over. Neither is ours.
