
After Island Health refused to provide any proof that they are detaining Eileen Wicks lawfully, unless "legal action is commenced," Wicks' lawyer demanded she be released, citing "unlawful confinement and harm to Eileen and Trevor Wicks caused by Island Health and Nanaimo Regional General Hospital."
