The Miami Dolphins organization has proven time and time again that they are incapable of building a serious contender. We are watching a generational talent in Achane be wasted on a mediocre team led by an incompetent coaching staff and a quarterback who limits the entire offense.

The Reality of the Situation:

• Failed Leadership: The coaching staff refuses to adapt. They rely on gimmicks rather than substance, and when their "genius" plans fail, they panic and run their only explosive player into the ground to save their jobs.

• Quarterback Limitations: You cannot win a Super Bowl when your running back has to do everything because the quarterback can't elevate the team. Achane is forced to carry an offense that has no other answers.

• A Graveyard for Talent: Staying in Miami means Achane will spend his prime years fighting for a Wild Card spot at best. He deserves to play for a serious organization—a team like the Chiefs, Ravens, or Lions—where his talent can actually compete for a ring.
