We, the supporters and global fans of Amirhossein Maghsoudloo, known professionally as Amir Tataloo, urgently call for his immediate release from prison in Iran and the revocation of his death sentence.

Amir Tataloo is one of Iran’s most prolific and groundbreaking artists. Born on September 21, 1987, in Tehran, he is internationally recognized for his pioneering fusion of rap, R&B, pop, rock, jazz, and electronic music. With over 362 original songs and 17 albums, Amir Tataloo holds a unique place in the history of Iranian music. He is the most active Iranian singer of his generation, often writing and releasing music weekly, even during periods of extreme censorship.

But Amir is more than an artist. He is a voice of consciousness. Through his lyrics and online presence, he has advocated consistently for themes such as human rights, emotional healing, mental health, vegetarianism, physical well-being, and social justice. He has used his platform to encourage the Iranian youth to think, question, and evolve.

For this — for telling the truth, unfiltered — he is being punished.

After nearly two years in detention, Amir is now imprisoned in Iran under inhumane and degrading conditions. Reports confirm that he has been sentenced to death for the third time under politically motivated charges such as “insulting Islamic sanctities”, despite the fact that no private plaintiff exists. He is currently being forced to take a dangerous combination of psychiatric medications not prescribed for his condition — a form of modern psychological torture.

Amir Tataloo is not a criminal. He is a poet, a thinker, a humanitarian, and a symbol of youth empowerment. His artistic achievements include collaborations with Universal Music, global streaming success, and setting digital engagement records that placed him ahead of world icons like Michael Jackson on some international platforms. He is also legally active on YouTube, with over 800,000 subscribers — proving that his voice, reach, and message are global.

OUR DEMANDS:

We, the undersigned, make the following urgent demands:

1. The immediate and unconditional release of Amirhossein Maghsoudloo.
2. The cancellation of his death sentence and all politically motivated charges.
3. An independent human rights investigation into the psychological abuse and forced medication he is enduring.
4. Grant of asylum by countries committed to human rights — including The Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and the United Kingdom.

ما، حامیان و طرفداران جهانی امیرحسین مقصودلو، که با نام هنری امیر تتلو شناخته می‌شود، خواستار آزادی فوری و بدون قید و شرط او از زندان در ایران و لغو حکم اعدامش هستیم

امیر تتلو یکی از پرکارترین و پیشگام‌ترین هنرمندان تاریخ موسیقی ایران است. متولد ۳۱ شهریور ۱۳۶۶ (۲۱ سپتامبر ۱۹۸۷) در تهران، او به دلیل ترکیب منحصربه‌فردی از سبک‌های رپ، آر‌اَند‌بی، پاپ، راک، جَز و الکترونیک در سطح بین‌المللی شناخته شده است. با بیش از ۳۶۲ آهنگ اوریجینال و ۱۷ آلبوم رسمی، تتلو جایگاه ویژه‌ای در موسیقی ایران دارد. او فعال‌ترین خواننده ایرانی نسل خود است و حتی در زمان‌های شدیدترین سانسورها نیز هر هفته آهنگ جدیدی منتشر می‌کرد

اما تتلو فقط یک هنرمند نیست؛ او صدای آگاهی است. او از طریق اشعارش و حضور پررنگ در فضای مجازی، همواره از مفاهیمی چون حقوق بشر، سلامت روان، بهبود احساسی، گیاه‌خواری، ورزش، رشد شخصی و عدالت اجتماعی دفاع کرده است. او تلاش کرده جوانان ایران را به فکر کردن، پرسیدن و تغییر تشویق کند

او پس از نزدیک به دو سال بازداشت، اکنون در شرایط غیرانسانی و تحقیرآمیز در زندان ایران به سر می‌برد. گزارش‌ها تأیید می‌کنند که او برای سومین بار به اعدام محکوم شده است؛ آن هم به اتهاماتی سیاسی نظیر "توهین به مقدسات اسلامی"، در حالی که هیچ شاکی خصوصی در این پرونده وجود ندارد. همچنین، او را به اجبار تحت مصرف ترکیبی خطرناک از داروهای روان‌پزشکی قرار داده‌اند — اقدامی که شکنجه‌ی روانی مدرن محسوب می‌شود

امیر تتلو مجرم نیست. او شاعر، اندیشمند، انسان‌دوست و نمادی از قدرت نسل جوان است. از جمله دستاوردهای هنری او می‌توان به همکاری با کمپانی Universal Music، موفقیت جهانی در پلتفرم‌های پخش موسیقی، و ثبت رکوردهای دیجیتال اشاره کرد — رکوردهایی که او را حتی بالاتر از اسطوره‌هایی چون مایکل جکسون در برخی پلتفرم‌ها قرار داد. او هم‌اکنون در یوتیوب نیز فعالیت قانونی دارد و بیش از ۸۰۰ هزار دنبال‌کننده دارد — این یعنی صدای او جهانی است

خواسته‌های ما:

ما، امضاکنندگان این بیانیه، خواستار موارد زیر هستیم:

۱. آزادی فوری و بدون قید و شرط امیرحسین مقصودلو از زندان  
۲. لغو حکم اعدام و حذف تمامی اتهامات سیاسی علیه او  
۳. تحقیقات مستقل حقوق بشری در خصوص سوءرفتار روانی و داروهای تحمیلی که بر او تحمیل شده  
۴. اعطای پناهندگی سیاسی از سوی کشورهای متعهد به حقوق بشر — از جمله هلند، سوئیس، آلمان، اتریش، و بریتانیا
