FREE A single dad Jason Hallam. Reform Missouri felony MurderRule
The Issue
FELONY MURDER RULE: Under the felony-murder rule, the accused is liable for murder if the killing is connected in any way with co-conspirators attempt to commit a felony or the flight from the scene of a felony. It does not matter whether the accused or an accomplice causes the death.
Fight for Jason return home so he can be home with his children who are already without a mom.
The law states if anyone die in a home invasion all people involved with committed crime are charge with Murder.
If that law was change then he would be set free.
Jason Hallam, didn't pull the trigger on the gun that killed his own wife, and shot him. Jason can no longer talk due to the bullet of a gun that was shot by another male in what the law concluded as self defense even though the man who pulled the trigger was a felon who wasn't allowed to have a gun in his home, but the law decided to give 32 years to Jason for murder of his wife even though he didn't pull the trigger. Jason children are left without a mother forever and father without a voice box.
Now without physically being able to hug or ask verbal questions that the children might have to ask their father. Now for 32 years if he lives in a prison cell unable to breath fresh air and unable to hug and kiss what is his children. In 32 years his children will be his adult children and Jason will miss every opportunity to be a great father that his children deserve.
Please help change the law
