The Point Vernon Foreshore looked better decades ago. Why is it that council has spent millions over the years upgrading and improving the foreshore  from Urangan to Pialba, but has forgotten Point Vernon. The photo attached is of our Foreshore in 1981, when it had a lot more grass areas, a lot less weeds and the public could actually get good views of the Bay from the roadside. Years of poor maintenance has let Point Vernon Foreshore get overrun by weeds, vermin and general untidiness. The only way to initiate change if for the public to speak up and tell the council its not good enough.
