All the wildlife enthusiasts of the country have started this petition to bring in to the Ministry’s notice, the irresponsible behaviour of the Forest Department at Umred Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary. This petition is due to the recent loss of a young tigress with 3 of her cubs in a case of poisoning the kill by the villagers. The forest department in the said jungle is solely focused on imposing pointless restrictions on guides, drivers and guests. This park has lost so many tigers to poisoning by Villagers. Rai, Charger and cubs were lost in a similar case 2 years ago. The Forest Department is closing down roads that are meant to be in the 20% tourism area without any reason just to spite the guides who demanded those roads to be opened. All the wildlife enthusiasts across the country demand justice for the passed away tigress by taking strict action against the Forest department of Umred Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary.
