Mostly Winter, but can’t we all agree with Winters philosophy? Pirates are dope, and marching band is dope. This is a canon event, it needs to happen. Think about the exchange tosses, the sea shanty’s. come on band kids, you know you wanna play sea shanty’s. 

What’s at stake? What’s left of Winters sanity. Keep Winter and everyone in 25 mile parameter from Winter safe. This isn’t just about Marching Band, this is about ethics.

The Beech Grove Marching Hornets are 14 time ISSMA Open Class State Finalists, and while we are grateful for our accomplishments and our directors hard work, the selflessness of the band boosters, and the support of our community, our program needs a show for the books. A show that will stand out in comparison to the others. We just made our big comeback after covid, growing our program size and making ISSMA State Finals, so isn’t it time we have some fun? We always have such cryptic shows, and while those shows are gorgeous and rewarding, a pirate show is simply cool. We have so many opportunities here, so let’s seize this moment, let’s ride this wave, let’s take advantage of this amazing, golden era we’ve been gifted
