Hi all. 
Our last update was at 500 signatures. This week we have hit 900. 
The petition has been shared and it has been noticed by the right people! 

There is police action being taken in the area and you may have noticed speed monitors dotted about. We have seen this all before so we need to keep the pressure up. We want these people stopping and removing from the roads if needed.
This update is no different to the first one in that we need to make the powers that be aware of our 900 voices speaking as one! I will post below the emails of local councillors and MP’s -please send them the link to the petition with your thoughts,comments and wishes for our safety on the roads in Pendle. 

Keep reporting to the Police every time you see or hear illegal behaviour on the roads,keep sharing the petition and keep the pressure going!

When you email don’t forget to add a link to the petition! And don’t feel you can only email your own councillor! The more contacted the better! 
Tell the powers that be why you signed- how it affects your life whether it is noise, fear of driving,fear of letting your children play out, the tragic and unnecessary deaths that have occurred over the years, damage to your property or even having to pay more insurance. 
Tell them what you want them to do and who you would like them to contact/involve e.g Pendle Police service, Lancashire county council ,highways etc etc.  

Ask them how they intend to solve this chronic issue! What action will they take? 

You may feel you have been doing this for years and getting nowhere…. but this time we are acting together and in number. We have nothing to lose and all to gain. 
In the meantime,continue reporting incidents to the Police.
