Firstly, well done for signing and sharing this petition. We currently have over 500 signatures. 
But what do we do with them all to make a difference and bring about changes to road safety in Pendle? 
Now we need to inform the powers that be that the petition exists!  
This needs all of us to email our local councillors and MP’s and anyone else who you think might listen! 
Below you will find email addresses for the people mentioned above. When you email don’t forget to add a link to the petition! And don’t feel you can only email your own councillor! The more contacted the better! 
Tell the powers that be why you signed- how it affects your life whether it is noise, fear of driving,fear of letting your children play out, the tragic and unnecessary deaths that have occurred over the years, damage to your property or even having to pay more insurance.
Tell them what you want them to do and who you would like them to contact/involve e.g Pendle Police service, Lancashire county council ,highways etc etc.  

Ask them how they intend to solve this chronic issue! What action will they take? 

You may feel you have been doing this for years and getting nowhere…. but this time we are acting together and in number. We have nothing to lose and all to gain. 
In the meantime,continue reporting incidents to the Police.
