This is my contribution to Citizen's Discussion at Tuesday's City Council meeting:

Good morning,

This is the last meeting for this City Council so I thought that I would allow you to clear up a couple of issues.

Did Jill Gaebler tell Richard Skorman to defame my character and discredit my material during the public comment process for the land swap?

Did Karen Palus consult with Timberline Landscaping during the public comment process?

Did Timberline Landscaping tell her that the section of the Barr Trail on the Cog Railway's land was so outdated that it had to be closed?

Did Karen Palus call Mayor Suthers to inform him of this development, and did he tell her not to inform the public of this fact?

Would it be a crime for members of this City Council to refuse to reverse the land swap?
