MANITOU INCLINE NOT AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE!

Hello,

Is the Manitou Incline an essential service?

I suffer great inconvenience every Saturday now because Mountain Metro has terminated route #6 on Saturday.

Several routes have been terminated altogether since late April because of the driver shortage.

Yet the Incline shuttle still runs 7 days a week?

The Manitou Incline is not legal.

Can Mountain Metro legally service the Incline at all knowing that it is not a legal entity?

It only has insurance because information is being withheld from the insurer.

It only has a Special Use Permit because the USFS is looking the other way from multiple legal flaws.

Please terminate the Incline shuttle now.

The Manitou Incline should be closed until the driver shortage is over.
