This is my contribution for Citizens Discussion at Tuesday's City Council meeting:
Good morning,
The City council's claim that my questions about the land swap have been answered is untrue.
Please tell me the estimated cost for all needed repairs on the section of the Barr Trail that the City acquired in the land swap with the Broadmoor Hotel.
This includes the cost of a drainage study, the drainage work, the repair of the erosion damage on the hillside, the cost of a new fence along the trail, and the cost of all necessary stabilization work and obstacle removal.
The answer to my question needs to be a specific dollar figure.
I am attaching a copy of the email I sent to the City Council on October 13th 2020 and the one I got from our Parks Dept in June of 2019.
