Petition updateForce Colorado Springs to Repair the Barr Trail

PETITION TAMPERING?

COS Land Swap
Sep 12, 2018

Hello,

I have great concerns over the two petitions I have on Change.org. One is about the Barr Trail and the land swap and after eight and one half months it has 103 signatures. The other petition is about the “handouts don’t help” signs, it is pretty new but only has two signatures, mine and a woman from the UK. I have been sending emails to churches, parishes and the care community every day.

Has the City hacked my email account and are they sending emails accompanying mine telling people not to sign my petition?

Both petitions name City Officials as the decision makers. The City would have a conflict if there were to seek to influence any person in any way.

I sent many emails and posted on Facebook pages to get the word out about my land swap and Barr Trail petition. Are we to believe that not one person in our trails community wants the City to conduct repairs on the Barr Trail? As my petition states, the City just spent $5 million in grant money repairing the nearby Incline, but they refuse to even talk about the needed repairs on the Barr Trail. This section of the Barr Trail is in fact the only route down from the Incline.

I demand that the City tell us the estimated cost of the needed repairs on the Barr Trail.

I demand that the City take down the signs that say handouts don’t help.
