IS THE CITY A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE?

Here are my comments for the City Council today: Good afternoon, The term specialist refers to a person who assumes an office with malicious intent. Specialists are the most difficult type of people to force into cooperation. Does our City Government now have specialists in three key positions? Did Wynetta Massey agree to support our local culture of corruption before becoming our City Attorney? Is she hindering efforts by others in her office to police City officials? Is she now sitting on investigations from the District Attorney's office? I am told that there were serious irregularities in the runoff election between Steve Bach and Richard Skorman a few years ago. Did news of this get back to Mr. Skorman? Was he then offered some sort of compensation from culture of corruption? Does President Skorman now exert an undue influence on other Council members, or City Officials? I was under the impression that John Suthers was going to clean up the mess left behind by Steve Bach. I was mistaken. Did George Bush ask anything special of Mr. Suthers before making him U.S. Attorney? By the time he was term limited as States Attorney he was very well connected. Does he now possess some special authority which he is using to harm our city? Did Mayor Suthers order Judge David Gilbert to rule against his conscience last Wednesday in the trial between residents of Old North End and the City? Had Mayor Suthers been told not to use that authority without specific permission from Washington because of his abuse of power on June 11th? Our City Government is out of control. Our leaders are arrogant and bold. Tampering with the freedom of the press. Lying to the public about the land swap, the Incline and more. Conducting public meetings using illegal techniques that they call smoothing things over. Disobeying direct orders from the District Attorney's office. Refusing to cooperate in matters of national security. As I recall, a few years ago the federal government informed the city that the Mayor, City Attorney, and Council President could not all be corrupt, because this would constitute a criminal enterprise. Are our leaders now daring the feds to impose this harsh classification upon our City? I am told that this is to be avoided at all costs because it makes life extremely difficult for everyone for many years. I encourage the good in our midst to now demand cooperation from everyone around them.
