LAND SWAP COVER UP!

Here is the text of an email I sent to City offiicals, the media and others today: Hello, Knowledge is responsibility. Why has the media not asked RMFI what they estimate the cost to be of the needed repairs on the section of the Barr Trail that the city owns? Save Cheyenne, Council President Skorman, and now the media all appear to be working to suppress the truth about the land swap. Do you all believe yourselves to be secret agents who have some national security agenda that places you above the law? You have no moral or legal responsibility related to the position you hold in your career? The Manitou Incline has to be closed permanently, and it will be closed. What value does the land swap have for our city in this light? My sources told me two years ago, during the public comment process for the land swap, that the City was told to close the Incline within 12 to 18 months. Attorney General Loretta Lynch personally communicated with city officials. She even told them not to proceed with the land swap. Surely others were aware of this. Do "virtual" communications not count? Was Madam Lynch confused, not in the loop? Or not truly acting in our nations best interests? Great Harm is being done by the Incline, the land swap, and now the closure of the Cog Railway. The City's planned summit house will do even more harm. If we obey orders from corrupt persons, are we not also corrupt? "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing". Who will stand up and do the right thing? Who will stand up and speak the truth? I asked the City Council to pressure the Mayor to reverse the land swap. They simply refuse. Is the entire Council corrupt, or is President Skorman the problem? How could he organize opposition to the land swap two years ago, and now suppress my work to do away with it? He pretends that he does not understand my words. Do his actions not offend anyone in the media? Or on the Council? The City Attorney's Office? I will not be speaking before the City Council at Citizens Discussion anymore. I have learned that the City is somehow rendering my efforts useless. My character has been defamed, and they refuse to make it right. My activism will become more fruitful this way. I strongly urge all parties to help me to get the land swap reversed, the Incline closed, and the City's embarrassing Summit House postponed. What will our City become, if those who know the truth, for what ever reason, remain silent? Thank you, Carl Strow
