The Environmental Protection Area of ​​the Xoklengs River Basin, in Santa Catarina, has been discouraged for years by local leaders, landowners, colonels, and other residents, who, due to their lack of understanding regarding environmental protection, in all its nuances, social and environmental, support its unfeasibility, claiming unconstitutionality, due to factors relating to the human plane.

Taking into account that it is an indigenous area, firstly, belonging to the Ibirama La Klanõ, the territory of the Xoklengs, on the Santa Catarina plateau, with its archaeological site being vast, on the banks of the 'Rio dos Bugres', a name that is being contested, Due to the racist bias, this petition is a first step towards establishing affective memory, in relation to the populations that were massacred there, by German immigrants, and, to this day, the leaders of the hecatomb are worshiped. at the local level.

In addition to environmental preservation, through the initiative of civil society, through this petition, we value, as mentioned, the memory of those who were lost there, including the region known for homicides, which deserved national attention, in later moments , based on the semi-slave working conditions, where the colonels were harassed.

Even though they have alleged legitimacy, under heritage, it is necessary to question whether, in fact, there is socio-environmental use related to the social function of the property, based on the numerous occurrences of deforestation, reported by residents, in the said districts, in the midst of the combat diary, including, between the colonels and the local population, which was made up of labor exploited in poor health and safety conditions at work.

To compose the panel of legal professionals related to the case, the work of Jay Govinda Das, as a socio-environmental lawyer, will be the basis for opening up meanings, to the extent that it may be of interest to the private and public environment of the city. Thus, the inclusion of everyone in this context is also included, who feel comfortable in fighting, for the interested approvals, of the A.P.A of Rio dos Xoklengs, as well as for the modification of jus-philosophical meanings, in terms of justice, based in original rationality, with 'tekomonhangaba' being the final objective of this agreement.**

A Área de Proteção Ambiental da Bacia do Rio dos Xoklengs, em Santa Catarina, está há anos sendo desmotivada por lideranças locais, latifundiários, coronéis, e demais moradores, que, na medida de sua incompreensão com relação à proteção do meio ambiente, em todas as suas nuances, sociais e ambientais, fazem 'coro' à sua inviabilidade, alegando a inconstitucionalidade, por fatores relativos ao plano humano. 

Tendo em consideração se tratar de uma área indígena, em primeiro lugar, pertencente à Ibirama La Klanõ, o território dos Xoklengs, em planalto catarinense, sendo vasta o seu sítio arqueológico, à beira do 'Rio dos Bugres', nome a ser contestado, pelo viés racista, faz-se, através deste abaixo assinado, um primeiro passo no sentido de se estabelecer memória afetiva, com relação às populações que ali, por imigrantes alemães, foram massacradas, sendo, até o presente momento, os líderes da hecatombe cultuados em nível local.

Além da preservação ambiental, através da iniciativa da sociedade civil, por meio deste abaixo-assinado, prezamos, como mencionado, pela memória dos que ali se foram, sendo, inclusive, a região conhecida por homicídios, que mereceram atenção nacional, em momentos posteriores, a partir das condições semi-escravas de trabalho, onde se faziam os assédios dos coronéis.

Ainda que estejam em pretensa legitimidade, sob patrimônio, há que se questionar se, de fato, há o uso socioambiental atinente à função social da propriedade, a partir das inúmeras ocorrências de desmatamentos, relatadas por moradores, nas ditas circunscrições, em meio ao combate diário, inclusive, dos coronéis com a população local, que compunha-se em mão-de-obra explorada em baixas condições de saúde e segurança no trabalho. 

Para compor a banca, de profissionais do Direito, relacionados ao caso, a atuação de Jay Govinda Das, enquanto advogado socioambientalista, será a base de abertura de sentidos, na medida em que possa interessar ao ambiente privado e público da cidade. Assim, se faz, também, a inclusão de tod@s, neste âmbito, que se sintam confortáveis em lutar, pelas aprovações interessadas, da A.P.A do Rio dos Xoklengs, bem como pela modificação de sentidos jusfilosóficos, em termos de justiça, com base em racionalidade originária, sendo o 'tekomonhangaba', o objetivo final deste acerto.**
