The inaugural FIFA U-15 World Cup presents a historic opportunity for young footballers around the world. As a FIFA Member Association, India has a chance to showcase its emerging talent on the global stage. The decisions made today about youth development and coaching will shape Indian football for years to come.
We believe India's young players deserve coaches with a proven record of grassroots development, talent identification, player development, and creating winning environments. For this reason, we respectfully urge the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to give serious consideration to Ranjit Bajaj for future U-15 national team coaching opportunities.
