Urge AIFF to Consider Ranjit Bajaj for India's Future U-15 National Team

For this reason, we respectfully urge the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to give serious consideration to Ranjit Bajaj for future U-15 national team coaching opportunities.

Many supporters believe Ranjit Bajaj has demonstrated a strong commitment to grassroots football and youth development through his work with Minerva Academy, where numerous young players have progressed to professional football and youth national teams. His emphasis on discipline, player development, and competitive standards has earned him the respect of many within the Indian football community.

It is a respectful appeal for AIFF to continue strengthening Indian football by selecting youth coaches through a transparent, merit-based process and by giving serious consideration to experienced grassroots leaders such as Ranjit Bajaj.
