Do not play with Apartheid

The Issue

Football Against Apartheid (FAA) was established to campaign amongst the world wide football family to expose and oppose the ongoing massacres and ethnic cleansing of the completely innocent Palestinian people. UEFA wrongly admitted apartheid Israel to European football, whilst it remains EXPELLED from its own Asian Football Confederation since 1974 for RACISM and has put Wales football into a conflict of conscience - V - perceived national pride. FAA says UEFA should not have admitted a Nation whilst it remains guilty of Apartheid - the worst manifestation of racism,  and EXPELLED by the Asian Football Confederation.

FAA supports the Palestinian Call for the EXPULSION of Apartheid Israel from FIFA, and calls on the Wales FA to commence a process of open, honest  and transparent consultation, to include football players, officials and fans and above all the good people of Wales.

Right thinking people in Wales and across the globe were outraged at the most recent massacre of the Palestinian people, when 538 innocent children were killed whilst asleep in their beds in 7 weeks last summer, over 1000 others permanently maimed and 25,000 made homeless.

We now need an honest open transparent discussion about the merits of playing with apartheid - V - The merits of the humanitarian values and national pride of the people of Wales to do the right thing even when it is painful.

The Football Association of Wales along with Football Against Apartheid have been thrust by UEFA to the forefront of a campaign in Wales to end the hypocrisy of the UEFA fight against racism whilst it rewards the worst manifestation of racism - Apartheid.     We trust that this open discussion will culminate with a clear consensus, that the people of Wales do not want to play with apartheid in the name of the people of Wales.     Please sign the petition:
