Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi:

We are seeking justice for the shooting death of Patrick Dylan Page on October 25 2014 and the lack of justice from the Office of the State Attorney - Katherine Fernandez Rundle, and the Miami Dade County Police Department.
As tax paying citizens, we expect an investigation as to why the gunman, Daniel Gil, was never charged. The Office of the State Attorney has surveillance videos clearly showing the events of the shooting, the gun was recovered with a warrant, yet charges were never filed.
