We have shared our petition with the FL Senate and Citizens. We have not yet received any response or comments about the petition. Citizens however seems empathetic to the agencies that are being impacted and the concerns agencies have for their businesses in the future. We hope Citizens will take appropriate actions to verify the insurance agent's ability to write with eligible private markets through brokers they hold appointments with.
