Apparently Florida Memorial University administrators and the powers that be, also fear Ernest T. Jones, as he has a history of suing universities. It is widely known by FMU, faculty, staff and students that he has five to six sexual harassment cases against him and not even a suspension has taken place to investigate these charges. No wonder he can emphatically state that he is untouchable, as athletes, coaches and staff fear retaliation for speaking out.

AD Jones has been able to carry on and make a mockery out of Florida Memorial by being a Sexual Predator, Bullying his employees, Threatening student athletes scholarships, having sex with Student Athletes— impregnating his former Cheerleading intern Brianna Wade, having an abusive and sexual relationship with his Deputy AD Chevonne Mansfield, Sexually Harassing two of his Female employees and the MOST egregious—allowing student athletes to effect each other with Covid and forcing them to play their sport.

It is SIMPLE. FIRE THIS MAN. He is a CANCER to this university, and to the city of Miami. FIRE the SEXUAL PREDATOR Ernest T. Jones. Florida Memorial University's Athletic Director! FMU has been covering well known sexual harassment cases for Mr. Jones the past 2 years. He has never been disciplined of suspended, & it keeps getting worse! FMU Women & STUDENTS are not SAFE.
