Okay so this is me fed up with the broken xbox enforcement system. I have been com banned when the other person started the argument, I know heaps of people get banned unfairly due to silly things and the most recent "tipping" point is me getting a strike over my profile picture. A profile picture of me with my phone covering my face, and me wearing very modest clothing. This happened because I muted a kid who was loud and obnoxious. I wasn't even rude to him, just muted him. I have seen plenty of girls and bots on xbox with half naked pics and their profile pic don't get banned?? 

Anyways enough ranting.... the purpose of this petition is to fix the clearly broken enforcement system. I want to be able to actually appeal cases. I want an actual person to review everything case by case and not for some bot to recognise that I used the word "fuck" in a sentence. I want justice for my fellow victims of this broken system. I want Microsoft to know that we are not happy with some half-assed system and that we want action.

Microsoft, you are one of the wealthiest companies in the world. You can afford a team of people to review complaints and action them properly. You can afford to change the system to prevent false/unfair strikes. You CAN afford an appeal system that actually you know APPEALS. You need to do this, for all of us who spent our time and money on your product.

I want to make a pledge. If this does not get resolved by January 1st, 2026 I want EVERYONE who signs this petition to stop playing and paying for xbox subscription to see how much that hurts them. Divided we can't do anything, united our voices will be heard.
