Urgent !

Document everything. Every single time you work and they take tipshare out , document it. Who was there, who wasn’t, bar sales, regular sales. Document when they speak to you. They think our voices don’t matter. They think we can’t do anything to change the way we’re being treated. They keep saying they care but where is the care when our pockets are bleeding, our backs are breaking, and our spirits are shattered?! Be loud and don’t stop sharing this petition. We will share our experiences with the world if that is what it takes to be heard!
