PLEASE HELP!!! If you live in the LA area, we could sure use your help. Senator Bob Hertzberg is going to be holding a press conference today with the intent of blaming Jeff Prang (LA Assessor) for one of the harmful effects of Prop 19. The harmful effect being that the LA assessors office is very slow to process Prop 19 related claim due to the fact that Prop 19 was horribly written and needed time for implementation. Jeff Prang was one of the people that said it would likely take two years for the assessors office to be able to get up to speed in order to accommodate changes due to 19. Hertzberg had blocked any sort of delay in the implementation and is now realizing that it threatens his chance of running for office. His solution has simply been to blame Jeff Prang.
