Hello,

The Elections Code requires that once a proposed initiative has gathered 25% of the number of signatures required (249,285 for a constitutional amendment), we must immediately certify it with the Secretary of State. The Senate and the Assembly are then required to hold joint public hearings on the initiative. Make them hear us! Let's get to 25% percent as soon as possible so they know we are serious!
