ACA 9 is still pending referral to committee. The Assembly Rules Committee sends bills to committee. Please ask why ACA 9 is not moving. 

Please also continue to call your local Senators and Assemblymembers and ask that they act on Prop 19 and ACA 9. It seems like phone calls are more heard than an email.
