Can my representative in the US house congress vote Vivek Ramaswamy speaker of the house february?

According to United States supreme law in the constitution, unlike the president of the senate, the house has no stipulation at all for electing house speaker. House members choose any person even if already elected to another branch of any United States governments.

I want Vivek Ramaswamy voted speaker of the United States house of representatives to speak truth to & from congress in 2024.

[you can not be elected to more than one office at the same time. so the VP could be speaker of the house also if not elected to vote in the house  like a normal congress person.]
