PEDIMOS TRANSPARENCIA, CENSO Y REGULARIZACIÓN DEL REFUGIO
Quienes firmamos esta petición somos padrinos, madrinas, colaboradores, seguidores y amigos de la Asociación Civil "El Montecito de los Canichones", Santiago del Estero.
Ante la incertidumbre y falta de información existente luego del fallecimiento de quien presidió la institución durante casi 20 años, pedimos la intervención de la Dirección General de Personas Jurídicas de Santiago del Estero.
Solicitamos:
- Un censo completo y verificable de todos los Canichones.
- Información sobre animales enfermos, en cuarentena, fallecidos, trasladados y dados en adopción.
- La verificación de la situación legal de la Comisión Directiva y sus mandatos.
- La convocatoria a una asamblea para regularizar las autoridades.
- La fiscalización de la documentación institucional, administrativa y contable.
FISCALIZACIÓN DE LA DOCUMENTACIÓN INSTITUCIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVA Y CONTABLE DE LOS ÚLTIMOS CINCO AÑOS.
- PUBLICACIÓN Y FISCALIZACIÓN DEL ESTADO PATRIMONIAL ACTUALIZADO DE LA ASOCIACIÓN, con un inventario completo, documentado y verificable de sus bienes muebles e inmuebles, propiedades, fondos y demás recursos, así como de las donaciones recibidas y su destino, especialmente aquellas destinadas al sostenimiento, cuidado, alimentación, atención veterinaria y protección de los Canichones.
No acusamos ni señalamos personas.
Pedimos transparencia. Pedimos documentación. Pedimos respuestas.
Y, por encima de todo, exigimos que se garantice el CUIDADO, BIENESTAR, PROTECCIÓN Y PRESERVACIÓN DE TODOS NUESTROS CANICHONES.
La transparencia fue siempre parte del legado de nuestro querido Polaco Groh, y queremos que continúe siéndolo.

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, DEMAND TRANSPARENCY, A FULL CENSUS, AND PROPER REGULARIZATION OF THE SHELTER
We, the sponsors, supporters, donors, followers, and friends of the Asociación Civil Santiagueña El Montecito de los Canichones, located in La Banda, Santiago del Estero, hereby request the IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION of the General Directorate of Legal Entities of Santiago del Estero (Dirección General de Personas Jurídicas de Santiago del Estero).
Following the passing of the person who served as president of the organization for nearly 20 years, we need official, public, and verifiable answers regarding the current status of the Association and, above all, the condition, safety, and well-being of every Canichón under its care.
WE DEMAND:
• A COMPLETE, UPDATED, PUBLIC, AND VERIFIABLE CENSUS of all Canichones currently under the responsibility of the Association.
• DOCUMENTED AND PUBLIC INFORMATION regarding animals that are sick, receiving medical treatment, in quarantine, deceased, transferred, awaiting spay/neuter procedures, or placed for adoption, including appropriate follow-up information and their current status.
• VERIFICATION OF THE LEGAL AND INSTITUTIONAL STATUS of the current Board of Directors, which is presently without duly established leadership, including verification of its officers and terms of office, particularly in light of the terms that expired in August 2026.
• The CALLING OF AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY, conducted publicly and transparently, in order to properly regularize the organization’s leadership through a clear and transparent participation and voting process.
• A FULL REVIEW AND OVERSIGHT OF THE ASSOCIATION’S INSTITUTIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND FINANCIAL RECORDS FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS.
• PUBLICATION OF THE ASSOCIATION’S CURRENT FINANCIAL AND ASSET STATUS, including a complete, documented, and verifiable inventory of all assets and resources received and used for the support, care, and protection of the Canichones.
• A FULL REVIEW AND OVERSIGHT OF THE ASSOCIATION’S INSTITUTIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND FINANCIAL RECORDS FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS.
• PUBLICATION AND OFFICIAL REVIEW OF THE ASSOCIATION’S CURRENT ASSET AND FINANCIAL STATUS, including a complete, documented, and verifiable inventory of all personal and real property, investments, funds, and other resources, as well as all donations received and how those donations were used—particularly those intended for the shelter, care, feeding, veterinary treatment, and protection of the Canichones.
We are not accusing or targeting any individual.
We are asking for transparency.
We are asking for documentation.
We are asking for answers.
And above all, we demand that the CARE, PROTECTION, AND PRESERVATION OF ALL OUR CANICHONES be guaranteed.
