Shorten the sales and  letting off of fireworks to 3 days before the 4th and times of 5-10 pm only. This all day and 10 days before has got to stop. 24/7 gets very old and totally disruptive to lives. Dogs go totally nuts besides. We have to leave town to get away from this craziness. I know of several others that think the same and are affected by this problem.  Not only are people affected but our humane Society is full and pets jump fences, cause accidents and even get killed, along with people dodging these poor scared animals. So many veterans are affected by these bombs going off as they too have PTSD. Please, just lessen the days that fireworks can be sold and let off. Let's not even talk about the trash they leave behind and the  people that don't  clean up their mess that then flows into our lakes and rivers.  The injuries they cause, the numerous hospital visits,  the fires they cause, etc.
