HYA is an affirmative action search firm that specializes in placing woke Superintendents into low-performing, urban districts. The HYA website is littered with woke, social justice platitudes and makes no mention of academic achievement, college placement, parental rights or teacher empowerment. Our children deserve a Superintendent who will return HPISD to its former glory and in today's world that can only be achieved with a search committee composed of Park Cities residents with a history of advocating for effective traditional academic learning.
