Fire Prosecutor Waymond Wesley: Domestic Terrorist Targeted Dark-Skinned Black Women

The Issue

Before rebranding himself, Prosecutor Waymond Wesley, aka Chef Way, went by the name of "Waymo The God" on twitter. Over the span of several years, according to multiple Twitter users whom were Black women, Waymo The God, racially-harassed, and belittled them via retweets, direct messages, and posts.

Some comments, post, and retweets included:
"Black B**** make good for punching bags."
"real beauty vs. weave & lies." (Real beauty shows a White - woman while weave and lies shows a Black woman)
"Shes too Black." (captioned above a Black woman who was modeling.)
"See no difference." (captioned above a photo of a Black woman near another photo showing a landfill of trash)
"smh the dark one messed up the photo." (Captioned above a Black woman and a White woman modeling.)
"if black lives mattered to sandra bland she wouldn't have taken her own life. i'm serious too." (Tweet)

Multiple twitter users, whom were Black women have released detailed descriptions of their unwarranted - racial harassment by now prosecutor, Waymond Wesley. Some stories include thoughts of suicide and depression.
Wesley aka Chef Way, has released a statement apologizing. However, the apology was lackluster, unspecific to the people he terrorized and harmed (Black women), and an insult to their intelligence. Cooking didn't save him. It opened the door to brand deals that came with financial prosperity and the expectations that he would respect everyone. However, Chef Way aka Waymond Wesley's history of domestic terrorism towards Black women cannot be ignore and or silenced.

Kim Ogg, the DA for Harris County, indicated in a statement that she supports Wesley. Ogg said, "I believe in second chances." Nobody, including Black men, with a history of Wesley's should be allowed to practice law in a prosecutorial position while having a history of domestic terrorism towards a specific group which was Black women.

Please sign this petition to have Waymond Wesley fired from all his brand deals but most importantly his role as Prosecutor at Harris County, in Texas.
