 Criminologist Snehil Dhall Escalates Action in Aarey with his Expert Report – cum - Complaint filed for FIR against Aarey CEO, Security Department and others Crimeophobia submits its expert report to Aarey Police Station against Aarey CEO and his office against allegations that include Hurting Hindu Sentiments and Multiple Charges such as Dishonesty inducing delivery of property, Misuse of Government Powers, Breach of Trust, Cheating, and Criminal Conspiracy.

  MUMBAI : In a recent development, Crimeophobia, a criminology research organization, has submitted a complaint and expert opinion report under Section 45 of The Evidence Act of India 1872. The complaint alleges that the CEO of Aarey, in collaboration with the Security Officer/Department and unidentified individuals, has been engaged in actions directly impacting Hindu sentiments, potentially leading to communal tensions. Crimeophobia claims to have conducted extensive research, collecting evidence that points towards several incidents within Aarey that raise concerns about religious bias. The outlined complaints include the demolition of Hindu properties without adhering to Supreme Court orders, alleged control of the cow slaughter business by the Muslim community, construction work and vehicle privileges favoring Muslim builders, controversial allocation of land for a multi-floor toilet next to a Hindu temple, a ban on Ganesh Visarjan in Aarey Lakes, prohibition of Ganesh Utsav celebrations throughout Aarey, placement of a Muslim graveyard adjacent to a Ram Mandir, physically permitting Muslim individual to takeover ancient Hindu Temple land and on-paper allegedly showing him being evicted with criminal case being registered against Muslim volunteered caretaker of a Hindu temple, intentional road disruption of Thaipusam Festival for Tamil Hindus, construction debris dumping on the road which has multiple Temple causing inconvenience to citizens at large, accusations of illegal mosque construction behind Aarey Police Choki, opposite Metro Carshed main entrance gate, and alleged inaction against encroachment and environmental damage by Muslim property owners/developers. These are merely a few incidences being referred based on physical & circumstantial evidence received from various complainants to which Crimeophobia has now chosen to file a formal expert report-cum-complaint. Crimeophobia, in its complaint, calls for the registration of an FIR against the Aarey CEO, Security Officer, and other relevant officials for hurting Hindu sentiments, environmental damage, misuse of government powers & funds, breach of trust, cheating, dishonestly inducing property delivery, and criminal conspiracy. The organization claims to possess verified and unverified documents currently under consideration in various government departments and police stations. They assert that their complaint is based on collective analysis and independent criminology research, warning of future law and order conflicts.

Additionally, Crimeophobia recommends the immediate involvement of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in handling the Metro carshed, citing jurisdictional conflicts and potential threats to government establishments. Apparently, Mumbai’s International Airport had received a Terror threat recently and Metro Carshed more or less falls on the same road which leads to the International Airport. As this controversy unfolds, the spotlight is on Aarey, with the public eagerly awaiting responses from concerned authorities and stakeholders while Crimeophobia urges all individuals and organisations to submit their complaints and/or documents either to Aarey Police Station about their complaint or send the same to Crimeophobia Office at the earliest. Criminology Background: The CEO of Aarey is associated with a Milk Factory or Organisation falling under the purview of the Government of Maharashtra’s Dairy & Animal Husbandry Department. Amidst ongoing legal ambiguities, Crimeophobia has chosen to categorize Aarey as a Factory rather than an entity or piece of land, and advocates for others to adopt this terminology as well. During the White Revolution for Milk, each State received a brand name, and Aarey was essentially one such brand name that became synonymous with the land allocated to them. Unlike brands like Amul, which technically share the same legal status as Aarey, no reports of illegalities have surfaced of criminal conspiracies been committed by them so far. The manipulation of Aarey's jurisdictions and powers has reached a level of complexity, leaving both government authorities and civilians puzzled about Aarey's identity and the authority employed by the CEO and the Factory Security Officer over the vast 3200 acres of land. This extensive area, originally designated for a Milk Factory, no longer serves that purpose. Notably, the Security Officer assumes a role similar to a commissioner, while the CEO functions as a de facto Collector, overseeing non-dairy activities on the land. Numerous complaints received by Crimeophobia from local residents and others prompted an in-depth criminology-based investigation, resulting in the formal submission of a Predictive Policing expert report from the Criminology Firm, i.e. Crimeophobia, that doubles as a complaint. This step has been taken as the issues involving criminal conflicts show no signs of stopping while the Aarey as a Milk Factory focuses more towards non-dairy activities and bringing Aarey Brand to almost a shutdown position.
