Every day we hear cases of animal cruelty but the guilty pays some megre aum of money and walk away freely. A recent viral video of a 10 year old boy throwing a pup from height of 20 ft is very disturbing. Another news of a man intentionally crushing dog under his car is making the scenario even worse . These news are the face of brutality for these innocent creatures. Our government should make heavy fine and minimum 5 years of imprisonment of murdering the animals without any proof of self defence. Fining with some 500 rs can't equalise the cost of their lives. Strict laws and their imposement only can bring a change. These criminally insane people should be punished hard .
